We spent a blissful week at this incredible property. Our family of six came seeking relaxation and a touch of exploration, and this villa delivered perfectly. Afimi and the exceptional staff created the ideal atmosphere for unwinding. The villa itself is incredibly spacious, offering both areas for family gatherings and cozy corners for smaller groups. For endless entertainment, we had the private beach and pool right at our fingertips, keeping everyone happy without ever needing to leave. We did venture out for a day of exploration the waterfalls and a day after to a nearby beach, which was a lovely addition, but truly, this villa made for the perfect vacation. However, what truly elevated our experience was the amazing team at the villa. Every day, we were treated to delicious and unexpected culinary delights. Their knowledge and friendly service were a true joy – an absolute delight!

This was our 8th trip to Jamaica, but the first that we decided to bring our kids. We had looked at going to an all-inclusive resort, but after seeing the pictures, we chose the AFIMI Beach Villa. The views are absolutely amazing. The Hobie Cat, Kayaks, Paddle Board, and Ping Pong Table kept us busy and entertained. If you get too hot, the theatre room has board games, DVDs, and a Smart TV to keep you entertained. All the above things were great, but ultimately the staff make it all worth it. They are now part of our extended family, and will be the reason that we return in the future.
We cannot say enough good things about our stay at AFIMI Beach House! From the location (a short ride from the airport) to the extremely well-appointed house with all the right amenities to the staff who took such great care of us - it was a perfect celebration of our 50th birthdays! Colroy seemed to read our minds, providing whatever we needed before we knew we needed it. Chef Arlene definitely understood the assignment - her meals, based on a short conversation our first day, perfectly hit the mark. Fiona kept the house in tip-top shape and even did some laundry so we could limit our packing. And Robert kept the grounds looking beautiful, while also showing off his sailing skills by taking us on a trip around the bay. Our favorite amenities would have to be a toss-up between the kayaks that we took out multiple times per day, the pier with adirondack chairs that provided an incredible view of both sunrises and sunsets and the many options for just enjoying the sun (chairs on the pool deck, chairs on the beach, cabana bed, chairs under palapas ... all for us!). Besides a single grocery trip, we literally never felt the need to leave the house. It made for an easy and relaxing trip that we hope to repeat some day in the future!
I stayed here with a group of friends who were celebrating turning 40. Colroy was an amazing house manager! Whatever we needed he made sure we had it. Fionna was wonderful as a housekeeper and Arelene did a wonderful job as a chef! Our driver Howard were AMAZING as he took us all over Montego Bay and to Bob Marley. I didnt want to leave! The views from the house, the bedrooms, the food, the ambiance, all of it was just amazing. We will be back! Thank you!
This was a our second trip and it was just as wonderful as the first. Colroy is a phenomenal house manager, Arline’s food was delicious, the house was super clean due to Fiona and the garden is gorgeously maintained by Robert. We always use Raymond Copeland’s transportation in Jamaica - he’s great. We really had a lovely few days and can’t wait to return.

This was our family’s first trip to Jamaica and first ever VRBO rental. All I can say is WOW. This trip was everything we wanted it to be and more. The setting is gorgeous and the staff was truly exceptional. Colroy catered to our every need always checking to make sure we were happy. Arlene is a treasure and our food was delicious. Fiona kept things neat and clean. Robert went sailing with my husband and showed him how to use the boat. Needless to say, we are sad to leave but grateful for a fabulous experience. Oh, I forgot to mention Howard, our driver, who was excellent!
Villa is great, staff is wonderful and very attentive, would recommend this as a great vacation.
We all loved this property. It was beautiful. The staff was great and helpful. Rob the gardener even fixed my husbands wheel on his suit case. Colroy was always attentive. Arelene was a great chef and Fiona kept everything neat and in place. Thank you all for a great vacation.
I’m not one to write reviews, but I wouldn’t feel right not giving feedback after the vacation we just had. First off, pictures do not do this rental justice. The property, the rooms, the view… everything was breathtaking! Jamaica itself was also a sight to behold. And the people are hard working and friendly everywhere we went. However, withh all that being said, definitely what made our trip extra special was the staff at the lagoons. They went above and beyond to make sure are stay was perfect, and it was. Our family is very grateful for the work everyone of them put in. We definitely hope to be back, and recommend anybody rent here if thinking about visiting Jamaica.
We had the best time at Afemi. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. The villa was so clean and comfortable and so convenient for our group. We are definitely coming back next year!
We had a very nice time. We had a smaller group than expected and enjoyed our relaxing time. The snorkeling around the property was great. The pool was lovely. The service was very good. The food was good. We wish we didn't have to leave.
